Bright and beautifully decorated, the villa is designed with an open floor plan. The spacious shared living space is a luxurious area with natural light, furnished with comfy sofas and a dining area for six, where you dine with loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
There are eight bedrooms in total. Seven bedrooms with a king bed and one with two single beds. Each room has a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows comfortably. Some bedrooms have a seating area, a terrace or a balcony. Rooms have a private bathroom with clean towels and complimentary toiletries. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The entire villa is professionally cleaned for your comfort.
A bicycle rental service is also provided.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
